Court Consultation/Deposition/Appearances or other related matters: $400 per hour, billed on the quarter hour for preparation.
Cancellation Policy:
In any event that you need to cancel your appointment, we ask for at least a 24-hour notice. In the event that the requested 24 hours’ notice is not given, you will be given one grace miss. After that, each late cancellation/no show you will be charged your full session amount, with exception to illness or life threatening emergencies. This time is reserved exclusively for you and a late cancellation/no show not only takes away from your time for growth, but also the potential spot for another client.
Do you take or bill insurance?
We prefer to offer the best care possible at a fair cost without compromising our treatment due to limitations of insurance company policies. Therefore, we do not take or bill insurance.
When you pay for services out of your pocket, we are able to provide a greater level of confidentiality with your medical records, as well as have the flexibility to provide the level of service necessary to help you meet your treatment goals. We do not have to share your personal information or diagnosis with anyone without your written permission when you take responsibility to pay for your services.
